The people who holdyour family's storiesare still here...

But that window won't stay open forever.

Is a legacy video right for you?

Preserving the Wisdom Behind the Life

Leave an Inheritance money can't buy.

A Legacy Film is a cinematic, interview-driven film that documents your life story through the lens of key turning points, hard-earned wisdom, and deeply held values. It captures not just what happened in your life, but what you learned – and why it matters. Every story shared, every critical lesson reflected on, and every core value expressed is carefully preserved so future generations can see, hear, and connect with where they came from. It’s how they’ll inherit the wisdom only you could leave behind.

Money can be spent. Houses can be sold. Businesses can change hands. But the stories, values, hard-earned lessons, and voice of a person who lived through it all can shape a family for generations.

"A photo book can show what happened, but it can’t always explain what it meant."

My family had the camera. The microphone. We were in the room.

    We still waited too long.

Caring about preserving a story is not the same as preserving it.

That loss is what built Story & Legacy Films — and why I spent years perfecting a process so your family never has to feel it.

If the people who hold your family's stories are still here, your story can have a different ending.

    Guided Legacy Preservation

Your life story doesn’t have to be written, organized, or perfectly prepared before we begin. Our simple 3-step process is designed to guide you through the memories, lessons, photos, and meaningful moments that matter most, then preserve them in a film your family can hold onto for generations.

    The Story Map

    1

We begin with a short, relaxed discovery call to get to know you, answer your questions, and understand who the film is for. You don’t need to know how to tell your whole life story—this call simply helps us prepare the space and understand what matters most.

    The Guided Interview

    2

We film your interview in person, in a familiar and meaningful setting. Using professional cameras, lighting, and audio, we guide you through a natural conversation designed to capture your voice, presence, personality, stories, and hard-earned wisdom.

    The Memory Weave

    3

Finally, we weave your family photos, home videos, keepsakes, and meaningful visuals into the story. These pieces add emotional depth and help future generations see the people, places, and memories that shaped your life.

    Tina's Testimonial
    — Tina DeBoer

"WOW! We had Kedrick make a film before he launched the business for my mom and there's one part where she started talking about her childhood kitchen and suddenly remembered the smell of her mother's bread. ..."

    — Aaron Mavis

"Words can't describe how pleased I am with this service. I've tried the books, I've tried just asking questions, and I've tried recording conversations, but getting a legacy captured in film is truly the best idea I've heard in decades. Kedrick is a very kind, patient, and deliberate person you can rely on to do the job well."

    — Denise Williams

"The idea of a Legacy film gave my family something we didn’t realize we needed. We're happy to have and know exactly how to preserve my Dad's story now."

    — Connor Fajardo

"I thought this was going to feel too serious, like one of those things you only do when time is running out, but it wasn't like that at all. My husband ended up laughing about the tiny apartment we had when we first got married and how we thought folding chairs in the kitchen made us 'official adults.' That little part is probably my favorite because it feels exactly like him. Kedrick did a great job keeping the conversation easy without turning too emotional for him."
